Refund Policy
Product will be delivered to you in PAN India within 6-7 working days once has been dispatched from our end. Delivery times may vary based on location.
For All Order, We charge standard shipping Rs – 80.
Orders once shipped can’t be cancelled and won’t be eligible for refund.
Since these all are handmade, there are no return & no exchange. If the product is damaged during transit, we provide exchange. You will need to send the product to me, as we do not have pickup policy. Once we receive your products, we’ll begin processing them within 2 to 3 days.
We ship orders PAN India via couriers like Delhivery, Tirupati, Maruti, DTDC, India Post & Bluedart. All orders are shipped on surface transport basis.
For International orders, we use DHL, aramex and transitpl shipping agencies. Kindly reach out to us on whatsapp or email us before placing an international order to avoid any post order hassle.
